  • Difficulties with command line tools (iRODS iCommands) or virtual Linux installations to use command line tools

For any inquiries about data management, including but not limited to data management conventions, privacy and security, data management plans, GDPR, legal matters, IT services and solutions, research engineering, and software development, please contact info.rdm@leidenuniv.nl.

If you wish to contact your faculty's Information Manager to check if any payment solutions are available for Yoda usage, please visit the University website to find the relevant contact person for your faculty. In case the IT department confirms that there are no department/faculty/university-wide solutions available, please contact info.rdm@leidenuniv.nl.

If you suspect that there has been a data breach (such as unauthorized access or a data leak), please notify both the Computer Emergency and Response Team (abuse@leidenuniv.nl) and the Yoda team (yoda@leidenuniv.nl). Specify the Yoda environment you are using, the Yoda community and Yoda research groups affected, and provide a detailed description of the breach and how you discovered it. If you cannot find your data or believe that it has been lost, please only contact yoda@leidenuniv.nl as this may not necessarily constitute a data breach.
