SURF ResearchDrive
Do you need to share your research data or work collaboratively? Then SURF ResearchDrive might be a solution for you. Further information will be made available soon. If you have questions, we recommend that you submit a ticket through the Helpdesk Portal.
YODA
YODA is a FAIR-compliant data management platform for storing, managing, sharing and publishing research data including proper metadata and data management policy handling. We are working on making YODA available to researchers at LEI as part of a national SURF-led project. Stay tuned for more information and feel free to contact us if you want to know more
OMERO
OMERO is data management system for microscopy imaging data. It is being used by Cell Observatory and various research groups at LEI. We are responsible for system administration of the OMERO server infrastructure.

Automated lab-data backup at FSW
We assist FSW in automating the backup of local data from their lab-computers to the network.

We are working with labs to create a solution for remote access of lab computers.

We provide assistance in managing research and lab computers

We have been supporting labs in upgrading and updating computers.
