Terminating access to Research Drive
Project access terminates according to the specified end date, or earlier if agreed upon between PI and ISSC
Group access terminates on the date agreed upon between PI and ISSC. A date is agreed upon at least 12 weeks in advance
The Project Folder Owner and PI will be informed at least 12 weeks in advance of the date that access terminatesÂ
Extension of the access can be requested by the PI at least 20 working days before the access terminates
The Project Folder Owner must make sure that
Any data that must be preserved is copied/removed before the access is closed
All project/group members are informed about the termination
On the day that the access terminates
All members are revoked access, including the Project Folder Owner
Access can be restored until 60 days after the access terminates. This can only be done upon request by the PI.Â
Any SLA/DNO that is in place for a project/group terminates according to the clauses in the SLA/DNO or in mutual agreement between PI and ISSC.
Contracts
The SLA/DNO that is in place terminates according to the clauses in the SLA/DNO or in mutual agreement between ISSC.
The actions on the data and access that will be taken to terminate a contract are specified in the SLA/DNO.
Removing data
Make sure that when you make use of synchronization, also the synchronization copies are removed. This holds in particular for sensitive data.
