The support for Research Drive is organized as follows.
Project members typically first contact the Project Folder Owner for support.Â
Data steward
New projectfolder access: Contact the data steward of your institute/faculty in case you intend to create a new project folder access on Research Drive.
The data steward has an overview of all existing projects/groups/contracts from your faculty in Research Drive and can propose that an existing project folder/contract is used.
A new project folder can only be created by the contract administrator from ISSC or your faculty.Existing project: Contact the projectfolder-owner of the project in case you have questions e.g., related to access to group/project, access rights, folder structure, etc.Â
ISSC
Contact the ISSCÂ helpdesk portal for support questions that your data steward cannot answer. The data steward of your project folder will always be informed by ISSC about your request.
You may also submit your question to helpdesk@issc.leidenunbiv.nl. Make sure that you clearly indicate that this concerns Research Drive and which project folder/contract is concerned. Â
The ISSC will maintain all communication with SURF.
SURF will maintain all communication with OwnCloud and other providers/contributors of Research DriveÂ
