Teams

Microsoft Teams is part of Office 365 and offers an integrated collaboration environment. Store and share files with your team, edit documents with multiple people at the same time, chat with your colleagues and make use of extra tools like a Wiki or Planner.

Sharing and collaboration	Web based access within and outside Leiden University, sharing and working together is possible with Leiden University colleagues and also guests

Availability	Microsoft Cloud service. Leiden University does not make backups of files stores in Office 365.
Security	high
Versioning	Versioning is available. Files in the online trash folder are retained for a maximum of 93 days. Contact IT Service Desk to fully remove all copies of the data from the trash.
